Who we are
MemberGrid ("we") provides tools for collecting contact details with consent and organizing them into export-ready lists. For the contact records an account holder collects, the account holder is the data controller and MemberGrid acts as a data processor on their behalf.
What we collect
Account data (name, email via our auth provider), subscription and billing identifiers (via Stripe), and privacy-safe product events. For the account holder's directory, we store the contact records their registrants submit (name, phone, optional email, consent metadata).
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, use contact data for advertising, transmit contact data to analytics, or collect message content, profile photos, status, or last-seen data. Export files are generated in your browser; we do not upload your contact records to generate them.
Consent & contacts
Contacts enter a directory through self-registration (or an owner's own import). Consent is recorded from the registration; membership in a list does not by itself constitute marketing consent, and account holders are responsible for lawful use and honoring opt-outs.
Sub-processors
We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), an email provider, and Sentry (error monitoring). A current list and a Data Processing Addendum are available to organization customers.
Your rights & retention
Account holders can export or delete individual contacts, whole lists, or their entire account; deletion cascades to the associated data. Registrants can request removal via the collector. Contact support for data requests.
MemberGrid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
